Clinical Supervision for Occupational Therapists
Clinical Supervision is integral to the ongoing development of your skills as a clinician and continuing to advance your clinical practice.
Georgia has experience providing regular supervision and has completed several supervision specific trainings, such as the Michelle Bihary Professional Supervision Training for Allied Health Professionals. Georgia aims to create a psychological safe professional learning space to support the supervisee be in the driver’s seat of their learning, facilitate their ongoing learning needs, and foster reflective practice.
For Occupational Therapists interested in receiving Clinical Supervision, there is an initial session at no cost. This session will be for both parties to confirm the supervisory relationship is the right fit. It will include confirming Georgia has the relevant clinical experience and skillset to meet the supervisee needs, and if so establishing supervision goals and a supervision agreement. Following this, ongoing 50 minute sessions can be conducted via videolink, with the frequency of sessions chosen in collaboration.
